PORTRAIT FOR METROPOLIS MAGAZINE / TOKYO

Two weeks ago I drew this portrait of a female police officer for Metropolis Magazine between midnight and two o’clock in the morning because I worked all day as a freelance graphic designer in an agency. It is the portrait of the first female police chief in Japan. I found only two or three photos of her on web which made it somewhat difficult to create an accurate portrait of her. On the picture she was dressed very proper like a typical police officer. I thought that it would be good to draw the opposite and give her a flamboyant touch.
